Sometimes mistakes can happen (although not often), and if we do happen to send you a product that is different to what you ordered, please contact us within two business days and we'll arrange the correct product to be sent to you. Please do not open or damage the product as you cannot return opened or damaged products.
What is the process involved in returning an incorrectly sent supplement?
- Do not open the product
- Contact Achieve on 07-3899 3311 or via email NewOrders@AchieveSupplements.com.au
- Arrange for return of the product via Australia Post - Regular Post (if you include the Australia Post receipt we'll reimburse you for the postage)
- Once we receive your unopened product we'll dispatch the correct product to you that day.
- To make things right for the inconvenience we've caused we'll also include some free samples and/or a discount coupon or voucher.
